Cucurbita Australian Butter

Too pretty to eat, but this very tasty Australian variety can certainly be used well in mashed potatoes, soup or in oven dishes. Pumpkins grow between 20 and 40 cm tall. Plant the seeds with a good space between them (1 metre to 1.5 metres), watch out that birds or mice don't sneak up and eat them.
